TENTANG

KEBIJAKAN KOMPENSASI LAYANAN TIDAK SESUAI

Menimbang

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

:

 

 

 

 

a. bahwa dalam rangka meningkatkan mutu pelayanan di UPT Puskesmas Gajah Mada, diperlukan suatu proses pelayanan yang profesional;

b. bahwa untuk melancarkan tugas dan pelayanan di UPT Puskesmas di pandang perlu untuk membuat kebijakan kompensasi layanan tidaksesuai;

c. bahwa untuk melaksanakan maksud tersebut point a, dan b, perlu ditetapkan Keputusan Kepala UPT Puskesmas Gajah Mada;.

  10. Pergub No 83 Tahun 2015 tentang Petunjuk Pelaksanaan Peraturan Daerah Provinsi Riau;
  11. Peraturan Bupati Indragiri Hilir Nomor 26 Tahun 2013 tentang Uraian Tugas Jabatan Struktural Eselon IV Pada Unit Pelaksana Teknis Dinas Daerah di Lingkungan Pemerintah Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir;
  12. Surat Keputusan Kepala Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir Nomor 800/UK-X/2017/136 tentang Susunan Struktur Organisasi tata Kerja UPT Puskesmas di Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir;
  13. Surat Keputusan Kepala UPT Puskesmas Gajah Mada Nomor Kpts. 862/PKM-GM/III/2022/15.1 tentang struktur manajemenmutu.

MEMUTUSKAN

MENETAPKANKEPUTUSAN KEPALA UPT PUSKESMAS GAJAH MADA TENTANG KEBIJAKAN KOMPENSASI LAYANAN TIDAK SESUAI

KESATU                   : Kebijakan kompensasi layanan tidak sesuai di UPT Puskesmas Gajah Mada terlampir dalam surat keputusan ini;

KEDUA                     : Kebijakankompensasidigunakansebagaiacuandantuntutanbagisetiappegawaidalammemberikanpelayanansecaraprofesional;

KETIGA                     : Apabiladikemudianhariternyataterdapatkekeliruandalampenetapansuratkeputusanini, akanditinjaudandiadakanperubahanseperlunya;

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

KETUJUH                :      Keputusan ini mulai berlaku sejaktanggalditetapkandenganketentuan akandi revisikembalisebagaimanamestinyajikaditemukankekeliruandalampenetapannya.
